About this event

Join LeaderSpring Center for the launch of our 2025 P.R.I.A. (Pause. Remember. Imagine. Act.) Series with the inaugural session: Remembering to Reclaim: Glancing Back and Pushing Forward. This virtual gathering, led by alumni leader Dionne Blackman-Moeller (Class of 2020, Emerging Leaders of Color – East Contra Costa County), is an invitation to reflect on our histories, reconnect with our values, and lead with purpose in today’s challenging landscape.

About LeaderSpring Center:

For over 25 years, LeaderSpring Center has advanced leadership for racial and gender equity by cultivating, supporting, and mobilizing leaders rooted in justice, healing, and community. We work to ensure that leaders of color, particularly women of color, are resourced, connected, and affirmed in their power. Through cohort-based fellowships, peer networks, thought leadership, and offerings like the P.R.I.A. Series, we create brave and generative spaces where people can lead sustainably, intentionally, and in solidarity.

In times when social justice, equity, and democracy are under threat, remembering becomes a radical act. Together, we will explore how collective memory can inform bold action and nurture a renewed vision for the future.

It helps communities:

  • Reconnect with histories of resistance, organizing, and solidarity.
  • Acknowledge the ongoing impacts of systemic oppression.
  • Inspire collective action by honoring legacy and lessons from the past.

Rooted in the leadership of LeaderSpring alumni, the P.R.I.A. Series offers a grounding and generative space for those navigating uncertainty, increased demands, and systemic injustice. Through the P.R.I.A. framework, we pause, remember, imagine, and act—anchored in deep self and community care.
