Is Preview Night for all ages?

While Preview Night is designed to be an adult event where alcohol will be served, children may attend with a Preview Night ticket. We have a limited number of tickets available and all tickets are based on the same all-inclusive cost of $75 per person for JCRA Members/$95 per person for nonmembers.

What will be served for Preview Night?

Our Preview Night provides an all-inclusive experience featuring six of Raleigh’s best food trucks (four-savory and 2-sweet). Guests can enjoy a wide variety of flavors, with vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-conscious options available at several of the trucks.

Can I use an Anytime Ticket for Preview Night?

No, Anytime Tickets cannot be used for Preview Night. Preview Night is an all-inclusive experience, and it requires a Preview Night ticket.

Where do we park?

Accepted Answer

Free parking is available along Beryl Road, and overflow parking is available at 4101 Beryl Road. Parking is limited, we strongly recommend carpooling or using a rideshare service. Make sure you use "4415 Beryl Road, Raleigh, NC 27606" as the address for your GPS.

What if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event. All ticket sales are final. No refunds are available for this event. Timed entry tickets can not be changed to another date or time. You are able to transfer your tickets to another person if you're not able to attend.

I purchased tickets and can no longer attend. Can I get a refund or give them to a friend?

Accepted Answer

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, you are able to transfer your tickets to another person! Simply forward your tickets to the new ticket holder.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

The main paths are accessible for wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, etc. The Great Lawn, where the entertainment, food trucks, fire pits, marshmallow roasting and seating is located, is a turf area.
