With over three decades of experience, he has developed and managed food safety and quality systems that adhere to both regulatory and GFSI standards. His professional background includes significant roles at prominent companies such as Coca-Cola, Tate & Lyle, and Ralston Foods. Dr. Payne holds a Master of Science in Food Safety from Michigan State University and a doctorate in Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology from Walden University, where his doctoral work was focused on foodborne illnesses.
