Prevent-Teach-Reinforce for Young Children (PTR-YC)

PTR-YC is a model of intervention for young children with the most persistent and severe challenging behaviors. It is designed to help providers implement assessment and intervention strategies with a high level of fidelity, leading to improved effectiveness. This intensive workshop requires prerequisite knowledge. Participants will be mailed the PTR-YC textbook; an address is required to receive the book.

The prerequisite training is completion of the Pyramid Model Preschool Modules. These can be completed online via the ePyramid Modules using our free access instructions. You may also reach out to your local CCR&R to inquire about training offerings in your area.
