Class Description
Instructor: Tria Wine Director, Lauren Harris
Rosé wine offers the best of both worlds – the quenching refreshment of white with the complex flavors of red. It is undeniably pretty and its time has come. While any red grape can be used to make pink wine, the results vary dramatically. This wine tour will take you to around the world revealing a vast rosé range, from quaffable poolside refreshers to serious gastronomic companions. Join us in looking at the world through rosé-colored glasses.
Bottles will be available for sale after the class to enjoy with dinner at Spring Mill Café.
The class will take place at the iconic Spring Mill Café’s bucolic farmhouse in Conshohocken. Spring Mill Café is the local restaurant that has figuratively transported locals to France’s Loire Valley since 1978. For the complete experience, we suggest making dinner reservations before or after the class. We will be selling bottles for you to enjoy with your dinner.
