Presence in Heat: Release & Renewal is a 2-hour Saturday morning ceremony that weaves guided meditation, infrared heat, and mindful movement into one sacred reset. This is where One Mind Creations and HOTWORX come together — spirit and sweat, stillness and strength, grace and ground.

We gather in the infrared sauna for a 45-minute forgiveness meditation — a practice in letting go of what no longer serves as we close 2025. Then we move into Hot Yoga or Pilates in private saunas, letting the body activate what the heart has received. The experience closes with space to journal, integrate, or simply rest.

This isn't just a workout. It's a recalibration. A chance to close the year with peace, not pressure, and to relate to your body, your week, and your life from a place of warmth and meaning.

Release — Forgiveness Meditation in the Sauna

We begin together in the infrared heat with a guided forgiveness practice designed to help you soften, let go, and return to what's true. Hand on heart. Breath as prayer. Release as the doorway back to peace.

Receive — Integration & Journaling

After the sauna, take a few moments to journal with your themed guide, share one word in circle, or sit in quiet reflection. Let the practice land.

Activate — Hot Yoga or Pilates in Infrared Saunas

Move into a blocked sauna for a virtually-guided Hot Yoga or Pilates session. Let your body express what your spirit has remembered. Gentle. Grounding. Intentional.

Close — Shower, reset, and carry this energy into your week

Preparing for Your Session

• Bring plenty of water and wear light, comfortable layers
• Arrive 10 minutes early to complete the standard facility waiver at the front desk
• This waiver is required for everyone entering the studio space — it's just to ensure safety while you're here for the event

About the Infrared Sauna

The HOTWORX sauna uses a patented infrared heater design that emits 95% far-infrared energy and 5% mid-range infrared. Far-infrared radiation penetrates the body up to 1.5 inches, stimulating cells into action and helping to detoxify and rejuvenate both body and mind.
