Presence in Heat: Create from Wholeness

By Sam Neseim

Overview

Remember what it feels like to express from joy, not proving.

Before the week begins again, pause. Reconnect with divine inspiration and creative joy.

Presence in Heat: The Creative Spirit's Return is a morning ceremony that weaves guided meditation, infrared heat, and mindful movement into one sacred reset. This is where One Mind Creations and HOTWORX come together — spirit and sweat, stillness and strength, grace and ground.

Every act of your life—from how you solve problems at work to how you nourish your family to how you show up in relationships—flows from a creative spark you inherited at birth. We gather in the infrared sauna for a guided meditation on divine inspiration—a practice designed to help you reconnect with the source of your creative power. Then we move into Hot Yoga or Pilates in private saunas, letting the body express what the spirit has remembered. The experience closes with space to journal, integrate, or simply rest.

This isn't about productivity. It's about remembering. A chance to relate to your creative work from wholeness, not wounds, and to create from joy instead of proving.

The Flow:

Release

We enter the infrared heat together for a guided meditation on divine inspiration. This practice helps you release the need to prove yourself through your creative work, reconnect with the joy of creating, and remember that your creativity flows from wholeness. Hand on heart. Breath as invitation. Creativity as remembering.

Reflect

After the sauna, take a few moments to journal with your themed guide, share one insight in circle, or sit in quiet reflection. Let the practice land.

Receive

Move into a blocked sauna for a virtually-guided Hot Yoga or Pilates session. Let your body express what your creative spirit has remembered. Gentle. Grounding. Intentional.

Close — Shower, reset, and carry this creative energy forward

You'll leave feeling more connected to your creative source and ready to create from a place of joy.

About the Infrared Sauna

The HOTWORX sauna uses a patented infrared heater design that emits 95% far-infrared energy and 5% mid-range infrared. Far-infrared radiation penetrates the body up to 1.5 inches, stimulating cells into action and helping to detoxify and rejuvenate both body and mind. Unlike other forms of radiation, far-infrared is non-ionizing and has beneficial impacts with zero negative effects.
