Preparing for Multiples (Online)

Everything you want and need to know about pregnancy and delivery for those expecting more than one baby. This seminar is designed to augment our Childbirth Prep Class and to allow for specific discussions on delivery of multiples, considerations of bedrest and cesarean births, premature birth and life in the NICU, breastfeeding and supplementing, seeking additional resources and managing a home with two or more new infants.

It is recommended that this class be taken between weeks 20-30 of your pregnancy. Both partners are encouraged to be present for this online class. Courses will be taught via Zoom.
