Who can attend this workshop?

To keep the intimacy of this workshop, we ask that only mothers & their partner attend. This workshop is most appropriate for pregnant women or women with children under 24 mos. If you would like a support person to attend, please contact our offices.

Can a support person attend with me?

We ask that mothers only bring 1 support person to this event. We highly suggest that this person be someone who will be caring for baby with you. If you have questions as to who can attend with you, please contact our offices to speak with a member of the Latched Team.

What information do I need to provide to attend this workshop?

Accepted Answer

Name, email, & phone number are required so that we can contact you. Additional info is required to attend workshop. Additional questions must be filled out prior to attending. This will assist in understanding your eligibility & getting you set up in our material assistance program.

What type of materials are available for registered attendees?

Latched Support provides 1 free pack of diapers, information packets, & sanitary packs (per availability). Each topic covered in our program has a goodie-bag with essentials from that topic.

What if I do not plan on exclusively breastfeeding?

Accepted Answer

The education & support is available to anyone who is interested in breastfeeding their child. If you are curious or need tips on getting started, this workshop is for you! You do not have to plan on exclusively breastfeeding to attend this workshop.

What if I am running late?

Admittance to any educational event, social, or workshop closes 15 minutes after scheduled start time. This is to ensure that everyone receives the full education & activities. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we ask that you contact our offices to reschedule or discuss other events.

How do I get my free materials?

We ask that all attendees stay through the entirety of the workshop in order to receive materials. All materials are free to pick up from a Latched Support location & can be scheduled at the end of the workshop.

Do I have to pay for anything/what are the requirements?

Accepted Answer

ALL events, workshops, &socials hosted by Latched Support are always free. There is no income requirement. The only requirement is that you are pregnant or a parent of a child under the age of 36 months & reside in a Texas area code.
