Join us for an information session to learn how to take full advantage of Counting Us, the Regional Command Center, and Simtech's experienced support team to conduct an accurate and efficient HUD Point-in-Time (PIT) homeless census.

This session will focus on the preparation stage of the count and will include the following topics:

• Using "pre-count" mode for training and testing.
• Whether or not to use deployment centers.
• Establishing well-balanced count teams.
• Roles and responsibilities for an effective count.

We will also share new features for 2026 and leave time to open the meeting for questions and answers.
