Come join us to nurture your body and mind as you prepare for the beautiful journey of motherhood.

This class offers a safe and supportive environment for expectant mothers to connect with their changing bodies through gentle and intentional movement. We focus on exercises that are specifically designed to support you throughout your pregnancy and prepare you for labor and delivery.

Through a series of Pilates-based movements, you will learn how to:

  • Engage your core efficiently: We'll teach you how to activate your deep core muscles, including the transverse abdominis, in a way that provides stability and support to your growing belly. This gentle engagement is key to decreasing the risk of diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and other common pelvic floor issues.
  • Improve body alignment: We'll work on posture and alignment to help create more space for both you and your baby. By addressing common pregnancy-related imbalances, we aim to promote a more easeful labor and delivery.
  • Strengthen and stretch: This class incorporates exercises that strengthen the muscles needed for childbirth while also gently stretching areas that tend to tighten during pregnancy.
