About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

To go with our new exhibit on Prehistoric Aurora, we're bringing in an Aurora naturalist to share the history of flora and fauna in the area. We’ll uncover the prehistoric plants and animals that shaped the landscape—from towering trees to giant reptiles. Through interactive activities and a short walk, we’ll connect the natural world of the past to what we see along the trail today. Great for curious kids ages 8 and older and history-loving adults!

The walk will be less than a mile round trip and on flat, mostly paved terrain.
