Join instructor Gauri— a Vedic Astrologer and Mantra Expert— September 6th and October 4th as we learn the basics of Pranayama and how it can be useful in your daily life. We will learn and practice a new breathing technique each week with proper guidance from a qualified instructor, learn the benefits of each technique such as improved sleep, enhanced focus, and a greater sense of well-being. There will be a Q&A on daily Pranayama practice; such as how to fit simple and/or advanced daily practices into your already full lives.


Each class is correlated with the moon cycles to harness the moon’s energy.


Classes will take place at Wicked Peaceful on 9/6 and 10/4 from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM. $75 per person per class.
