Pranassage® Certification
Overview
Two 50 hr trainings for 100-hour Yoga Alliance CEUs to become a Certified Pranassage® Practitioner.
Level 1: Feb 19 - 22, Thursday - Sunday
Level 2: April 23 - 26, Thursday - Sunday
9am - 6 pm each day

The Experience of Pranassage®
Pranassage® is a creative synthesis of yoga + bodywork: rooted in the principles of yoga, supported by anatomy, physiology, and sound body mechanics. Once the foundational techniques are understood, creativity and intuition in hands-on assists naturally unfold.
Graduates of the program become certified Pranassage® Practitioners, equipped to design individualized sessions that meet each client’s unique fitness needs. These skills also enhance your ability to offer sensitive, supportive assists in group yoga classes, bringing greater awareness and adaptability to your teaching.
Tuition:
$1500 per 50 hr training ($3000 total)
$200 non refundable deposit required to register and is applied towards tuition.
12 month, interest free, payment plans available.

Small Group Size.
Trainings will be held in-person at Sage Yoga in Downtown Boise.
Certification includes reading the Pranassage Manual, completing 12 practice client sessions and four 60 minute Group Calls (February - April).
Course syllabus:
Technique:
- How Pranassage® works.
- Explore the dynamics of 35 asanas that induce yoga nidra.
- Efficient body mechanics that facilitate pranic release.
- Conditioning movements that increase kinesthetic intelligence.
- 12 Pranassage® Flow Sequences.
- Following the rhythm of natural pranayama.
- Harnessing relaxed awareness for releasing blocks and tension.
Methodology:
- How to create a context for Pranassage®.
- Create clear boundaries with student/clients.
- Sequence asana assists for generating different energetic effects.
- Design sessions that integrate a flow of asana, breath, directed pressure and Hara strength.
- Discover personal style as a Pranassage® Practitioner.
- Assess and create support for individual needs.
- Communications: Co-listening; Reflective listening; Conscious language.
- Art of giving & receiving feedback.
Anatomy, Physiology & Kinesiology:
- Effects, Benefits & Contraindications for all Pranassage® flow sequences.
- Physiology of pranayama and use of breath in Pranassage®.
- Physiology of stress reflex & relaxation response.
- Muscle physiology and suspending the stretch reflex in a Pranassage® session.
- Body-mind prana relationship in Pranassage® sessions.
- Cleansing effect of Pranassage® sessions.
- Practice Pranassage® sessions with trainees in your group.
- Practice Pranassage® sessions with volunteer clients.
Philosophy, Psychology & Lifestyle:
- Where Pranassage® fits in yogic tradition of releasing the wisdom of prana.
- Relationship of Pranassage® to witness consciousness.
- Pranassage® as an inquiry into pranic energy field.
