What do you mean by 'Immersive' - what can I expect?

This event is 'Immersive' in that it allows you to step inside the world of 'Practical Magic' & participate in the story, creating witchy magic of your own! You'll be interacting with characters, participating in activities, making some magic to take home, eating & drinking & more!

Can I purchase tickets on-site?

No. This event includes supplies and activities for each attendee that are prepared in advance.

Can I reschedule my tickets?

No. This event is a limited, one-night only, event.

Can I arrive before 7pm?

Yes, and please do! We will be ready to receive you by 6:30pm, letting you know where to go when doors open at 7pm.

What happens if I arrive late?

We encourage you to be early, as this is a timed event and we don't want you to miss anything! If you arrive late, we'll fit you in where you'd be at that time in the experience.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final for this event; however, you ARE able to transfer your ticket to another person. This event includes supplies and activities for each attendee that are prepared in advance.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I can't make it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can transfer your ticket by going to your Eventbrite purchase. Edit the order information to change the name and email address associated with your ticket.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, we'll have a record of each attendee. You'll just check-in with your name. If you've transferred your ticket and your name isn't on our list, we'll need you to pull up the ticket transfer information to confirm.

This event was created with Adults in mind and may contain Adult content. Children 13+ accompanied with a Parent or Guardian may attend at the discretion of the Parent / Guardian. ONE CHILD PER ONE ADULT - NO EXCEPTIONS. Multiple children with one Adult will *NOT* be allowed to enter.
