Join is for a guided relaxation session to leave you feeling rested and calm at this busy time of year.
Finding ways to relax and rest your body and mind isn’t always easy but is so helpful. When we slow down and find moments of calm, we help our bodies to recover and re-energise, and our minds to feel more in control of life. In this session, we will explore the benefits of regular relaxation practice, and how we can introduce more of that into our lives. We will take time for a guided relaxation session to leave you feeling rested and calm at this busy time of year.
