Join me and my brilliant and connected friend Gin Walker for an ongoing drop-in class on practical energy tools for living your best life. Each class is independent of the others, so drop in any time you like! You'll learn to ground, work with your energy bodies, get clear yes's and no's, and much more. It's tough being a human, and hopefully adding to your energy toolkit will help you to navigate this life as a light being living in a human body with more grace and ease. Class will be from 1-3 and we will provide snacks and tea. Bring water bottles and wear comfy clothes.
