Julie Norstrand is an eldercare consultant with 20 years of experience assisting families. She founded Help My Aging Parents to support caregivers and holds a PhD in Social Work, an MSW, and a master's in clinical psychology. Her work includes assessments, support groups, resource research for older adults, and teaching aging courses.
