Nina Pee is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, ACE Group Fitness Instructor and holds over 100+ hours of training in Myofascial Integrated Alignment and Stretching. Her classes blend her diverse range of experiences: the fluidity of dance, the raw strength and intensity of boxing, and the mindfulness of yoga--all while having fun. When she's not guiding classes, you might find her spinning the decks as a house DJ, so you can always expect her music to be on point. Join Nina for a class where movement meets motivation and every session is an opportunity to connect with your best self.
She specializes in "Myofascial Integrated Alignment" yoga (aka M.I.A.). M.I.A. yoga is a movement based class that combines traditional yoga principles with modern understanding of anatomy and physiology, particularly focusing on the interconnectedness of the myofascial system. Think a challenging , but non-traditional vinyasa flow-style class!
