Participants from public and private agencies, including local, county, state, and federal government will be involved in the exercise and will be communicating with each other throughout the State of Illinois during the exercise in response to the simulated disasters throughout Illinois.

Operation Power Play 2023 is designed to test several low-probability high-impact events to prepare the State for catastrophic events. 
Some areas to be tested include:
 Responder Safety and Health
 Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Management
 Logistics and Resource Management

WHERE WILL THE EXERCISE TAKE PLACE?

Exercise play will occur in multiple locations throughout the State including the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) and other Emergency Operation Centers.
