Join me, Jarrell Williams, founder of Nomarama, for a 30-minute guided nature experience designed to help you reconnect with the world around you and within yourself.
During this gentle hike, we’ll practice grounding, mindful breathing, and sensory awareness while exploring the idea of “the pause” — that sacred space between doing and being. We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and as the day winds down, we’ll pause together to catch the sunset, reflecting on all that it has to teach us about stillness and renewal.
Attendees will walk away feeling refreshed, centered, and focused.
