Don Lewis is a professional baker and miller from Clinton Corners, NY with 30 years of commercial baking experience using freshly stone milled Flour.
Working with a diverse approach to bread and pastries from old time home baker standards to the eclectic cuisines of Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

What to Expect:

In this Q&A seminar, Don will help you deal with your baking issues or interests. Bring your questions, recipes or even a loaf of bread that you baked. Through troubleshooting, Don will guide you on a path to using freshly stone milled, nutrient dense flour to produce your favorite home baked products.
