We know that Nonprofit and Social Enterprise leaders who regularly use data have better outcomes. Unfortunately, most do not have the time, experience, or resources to do so. The Power in Numbers initiative was launched to help leaders strengthen the data culture within their organization in order to create even greater impact. Participants receive training and support to unlock the power of information, collaboration, reporting, and storytelling through a central technology data management system: the Vibrancy Portal.

By helping organizations to collect, understand, and communicate information about their impact, Power in Numbers builds stronger relationships with stakeholders which can influence change. Leaders benefit from access to technology and technical assistance designed to help them:
