Join us for an electrifying morning of POUND – The Rockout Workout at The Garage Pub and Food Carts in West Linn! Whether you're a fitness newbie, a movement junkie, or just here for the mimosas (no judgment!), this experience is for every age and every stage.

💚 What is POUND?A high-energy, full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing fun of playing the drums. Using lightly weighted Ripstix®, you'll sweat, sculpt, and let loose to the beat — all while feeling like a total rockstar.

🍹 After class, stick around for a refreshing mimosa (or two! Your first is included!) and enjoy the vibrant food cart scene, community vibes, and good company.

I don't drink, can I still come?

100%!!!! POUND is ALL about community, inclusiveness, and FUN! If a mimosa is not fitting that bill for wonderful & unique YOU - then let the bartender that you'd like a non-alcoholic substitute! They will be happy to present you with options!

Can my child get a ticket?

POUND Rockout Workout is geared for adults, but we have seen our younger friends join the party as well! Keep in mind: 1.) There may be suggestive lyrics or an occasional curse word in the music, and 2.) they will need to take part in the workout!
