This workshop is for adults 18 years and older.

Question 2

What do I need to know about comfort and safety in the class?

Please come ready to get dirty -- Wear comfortable, washable clothes and bring an old towel or two! 
We recommend removing rings , wrist watches and long necklaces/eyeglass chains before you come to class; it's also helpful to tie back long hair and trim long nails.

Do I need to bring anything to the class?

Accepted Answer

The cost of your class supplies - clay, glazes and basic hand tools - has been added to the class fee so you won't need to bring checks, cards or cash to the class; it's all covered.  Make Nashville will provide any other materials and equipment needed. Please do not bring your own clay*.

Question 4

What if I already have my own clay?

Accepted Answer

* We will supply the clay you need for the workshop in order to ensure that it's compatible with our equipment. If you are a Make Nashville member and already have your own hand tools and clay, you can choose the appropriate registration option (which excludes the supplies charge).

Question 5

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Accepted Answer

Due to the high demand for our classes, we cannot issue refunds that are requested fewer than 7 days prior to the class start date. This policy helps ensure that other students have the opportunity to attend and allows our instructors to be fully prepared.
