Join us in learning and exploring new ways to stretch, strengthen and move that can create a deepening of natural ease and integrity between the feet, legs, hips, torso, and head.

This class emerges from our personal journey in eliminating pain in our bodies as well as working with clients. We are inspired by our studies with yoga, GOATA, functional range conditioning, Postural Restoration Institute, Bob Cooley's Genius of Flexibility, Feldenkrais, & Dr. Goodman's Foundation Training.

We will be using the breath, postures, and simple movements to improve our foot, knee,and hip positions with muscular activation, to reduce pain in the back, hips, knees or feet.

Deb Voisin

Deb is a regenerative movement coach who used unconventional yet practical and ancestral ways of moving to heal her own chronic hip, knee, and neck pain.

She has trained in many restorative movement systems like GOATA, Gokhale Method, Original Strength, PRI (Postural Restoration Institute), Functional Patterns, Weck Method and the Axis Syllabus. She is passionate about helping others harness and recycle gravity with better organic alignment, greatly reducing their chance of injury or chronic pain.

Rachael Shishido

Rachael Shishido has been teaching yoga for over 20 years In the Santa Cruz area.  She is a curious and avid seeker of practices that upgrade biomechanical function and integrity.

She has been practicing Bob Cooley's Resistance Flexibility Strength Training since 2016. Other influential practices include Dr. Goodman's Foundation Training, Scott Sonnon's  joint mobility practices, Kit Laughlin's yoga,  Feldenkrais, and functional range conditioning postures.
