This is the POST Entry Level Law Enforcement Battery Test (PelletB). This test is REQUIRED prior to applying for the Police Officer Recruit position with the Modesto Police Department and is available only to applicants for this position.

Applicants must bring a valid government issued identification with photograph to the test.

Candidates will need to obtain a score of 45.0 on the test to apply for the Police Officer Recruit position. The results will be provided within 30 days of the test and must accompany your application. Note to those receiving a score less than 45.0: The test cannot be retaken until 30 days has passed.

Seating is limited and we ask that in the event you are not able to attend this test date, please cancel your seat. This will ensure others can fill the vacancy.
