PostPartum Strong: Postpartum folks returning to activity after baby + taking up more vigorous practices (Running! Lifting! Biking! Sports!)--this is your spot. We integrate the recovery strategies above with more strength training + loaded movement patterns to help you build a strong, resilient body that can keep up with your little ones, and allows you to participate in the activities that make you feel like your best self. 


Great for: Parents returning to exercise after a break–makes a solid on-ramp for things like training for a race, etc.
