Post-Birth Body Basics: Restore Strength. Reclaim Confidence.

Your body changes in powerful ways during pregnancy and childbirth—but most women are never taught how to safely heal, strengthen, and restore after birth.

This free, doctor-led educational class is designed to help you understand what’s normal after delivery, what’s not, and how to confidently begin your recovery—whether you’re 6 weeks postpartum or 6 years postpartum.

Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist, and Pelvic Health Expert, this class blends medical expertise with wellness-based guidance in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

YOU’LL LEARN:

  • Why leaking, pelvic pain, back pain & core weakness happen after birth
  • What’s normal vs. what deserves professional support
  • How pregnancy and delivery impact your core, pelvic floor, hips & posture
  • Safe movement strategies you can use immediately
  • When pelvic floor physical therapy can make the biggest difference

THIS CLASS IS PERFECT FOR:

  • New moms (any stage postpartum)
  • Moms preparing for recovery after delivery
  • Women with leaking, pain, heaviness, or diastasis recti
  • Anyone who wants to feel strong, confident, and supported again

BONUS:

All attendees will receive:

  • A Postpartum Body Reset Guide
  • A special invitation to our Postpartum Recovery & Pelvic Floor Restoration Program
  • A chance to book a free Postpartum Recovery Strategy Session
