Do I need any prior cider making experience?

Nope! This class is designed for beginners. Jeff and Brendan will walk you through every step, from adding yeast to sealing your jug, so you’ll leave feeling confident to finish your cider at home.

What should I bring to class?

Just yourself (and maybe a notebook if you like taking notes). We’ll provide everything you need.

Is this event 21+ only?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Since alcohol is served during class, all participants must be 21 or older with valid ID.

Question 4

Can I get food or drinks at the workshop?

Accepted Answer

During the workshop in the cidery we ask for no outside food, but water is allowed. You'll receive a complimentary pint + tasters during the workshop and our taproom opens at 2pm if you'd like to stay after class for lunch. We're offering 10% same-day discount to all attendees.

Will I need special equipment at home after the class?

Accepted Answer

No extra gear is needed for making cider, but if you want to bottle or keg your finished product you will need sanitized receptacles. From new bottling equipment to saving old bottles from your favorite brews and reusing them for homemade cider, there's lots of options we can recommend.

What if I can’t make it after buying a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend. Just give us a heads-up so we can update the attendee list.
