Popcorn and Purpose: A Community Matinee and Give-back event

Join us for a midday of fun in community and give-back event at the Lynwood Theather! Good Play America (GPA) Foundation and Bainbridge Island FC (BIFC) are co-hosting this even in community, featuring the film: "Copa 71: The untold story of the 1971 Women's World Cup", from executive producers Venus & Serena Williams and Alex Morgan. See the movie trailer below!

Your attendance supports our vision to bring soccer for all; and your donation ensures children in Colombia receive soccer equipment and support GPA's mission across the continent. Don't miss out on this amazing event!

Opportunities to Give back

You can get your ticket free, or with the different ticket tier options to support GPA and their children and communities. We also have several optional opportunities to contribute:

  • Give your gently used soccer cleats or soccer ball (in great condition) a second life by donating them to Good Play America kids. Drop-off bin at theatre.
  • Bring Helpline House donations to our theatre drop-off location site.

Join us for an inspiring midday of film, connection, and community giving - while learning one of the greatest sporting story you’ve never heard of.
