Chef Harold Soto is a Dominican-American chef with over 15 years experience spanning fine dining, luxury hotels and high volume culinary programs. Chef Harold brings a bold fusion style to his cooking blending Dominican and Peruvian influences into modern, elevated dishes.

He will be presenting a 5 course dining experience featuring:

  • Course 1 - Plantain Causa
  • Course 2 - Empanada Saltado + Ceviche Caribeno
  • Course 3 - Chicharron + Sweet Potato + Leche de Tigre
  • Course 4 - Pollo a la Brasa + Tostones + Arroz Moro
  • Course 5 - Arroz con Leche Brulee.
