Objectives:

At the end of presentation, the participant will be able to

1. Describe aging in rural Georiga counties.
2. Identify the importance of age-friendly care.
3. Recall the business case for becoming an age-friendly hospital.
4. Describe the key components of the 4Ms Framework.
