About Barre3
Strength, cardio, mindfulness — that’s the foundation of the barre3 signature class. No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert.Bring your workout buddy, or meet one there.
Please bring a yoga mat to class and arrive 15 minutes early. *Optional props: hand weights (2- 8lbs recommended)
Before class, if you have not been to a class with Barre3 Murrayhill, please sign our waiver so you don't need to worry about it day of.
