Sunday of Labor Day weekend, Polyglamorous takes over both floors at Public Works

About this event

Two floors of fun to pack out your Labor Day weekend. Downstairs we present Massimiliano Pagliara and Chris Cruse. Upstairs, DJ Olga T will be holding it down. We round out the lineup with Polyglamorous residents BEYA and Mark O'Brien.

Originally from Lecce, Italy, Massimilano Pagliara has been based in Berlin for several years where he's been one of the main forces behind recombining the city's hardboiled techno scene with an often overlooked sensibility for the soft and the tender. Call it underground disco passion. Massi describes his style as an eclectic mix of house, disco, electro and techno – one may call it current-yet-classic. DJing has since led to production.

Based in Berlin, Chris Cruse is founder and resident of queer Spotlight party in Los Angeles, part of Club Toilet Crew in Detroit. Chris Cruse's sound is equally influenced by dark warehouses and Los Angeles sunshine. Frequently playing events in the US (Coachella, FYF Fest) and Europe (Panorama Bar, Cocktail d'Amore, NYC Downlow, Dalston Superstore), his mainstay is a party of his own creation, Spotlight, which aims to reclaim and celebrate the queer roots of house, techno, disco, and other forms of dance music.

San Francisco Bay Area master DJ Olga T never disappoints when she takes control of the decks. DJ Olga T infatuates audiences every time she plays. With a wide range of genres at her disposal, she fell in love with the art of DJing thanks to Soulful, Tribal, Deep, Latin, Classic, & Gospel House music. Her Soulful House sets will always take you on a powerful journey of love through music.
