Event description
Interested in learning how to counter the pollinator decline? This workshop will help you learn to attract pollinators to your landscape.

About this Event

Fall is a perfect time to think about next year's garden. From presentations made by Mary Lee Epps, Marilyn Smith and David Smith, at this workshop you will:

  1. Learn who the polinators are and how to encourage them to visit your garden
  2. With at least 14 different native species provided, you will learn how to start seeds to supply pollinators with the nectar and pollen they need throughout the growing season.
  3. Build a mason bee house
  4. Explore ways to landscape for pollinators

You will leave with:

  1. Seeds to begin planting (yes this Fall for some)
  2. Mason bee house to watch a variety of bees nest
  3. A plan to enhance your pollinator habitat

You must register for this workshop. Space is limited.
