About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

We experience grief for all losses, including losses related to our political climate. In this educational session, we discuss how understanding grief and mourning can help us manage the anger and numbness we feel when decisions outside our control impact ourselves and our communities.

Important note: This is a community event to honor community grief and learn to move through it. It is not a partisan event, but the focus will be on managing both personal and communal grief. Hate speech toward any group or individual (present or otherwise) will not be tolerated.

Frequently asked questions

Is this therapy?

No. It is not therapy. It is a facilitated group discussion about humans and how we work. Therapy requires trust and vulnerability. This education session will not require that.
