Are you a graduate student interested in how your research can have an impact on policy?

SciPEN is hosting a one-day workshop exploring how to:

  • Collaborate with policy institutions as an academic
  • Communicate research effectively to policy makers
  • Transition from academia to a policy career

Panel sessions and skills workshops with representatives from:

  • House of Commons Science & Technology Committee
  • Learned Scientific Societies
  • Institute for Government
  • BioIndustry Association
  • Cancer Research UK
  • Sense about Science
  • UCL Public Policy
  • And more…

Graduate students and early career researchers from all universities are welcome.
