Pole Workshop and Jam at Obsidian Healing Camp

Event Summary:

• First pole jam + DJ event at Obsidian Healing Camp🌀💗🌿
• DJ Quintessence will be playing a sensual / pop / alternative set perfect for dancing and tapping into your body.
• No pole dance experience required. Come learn fundamental pole dance spins and moves in a supportive environment!
• We are hoping to make this a reoccuring DJed pole jam and community!
• Jam out, dance, and hang out with others learning pole under the guidance of a pole teacher!
• Come this time in a spooky outfit!!👻🎃🕷️🕸️
• Opportunities for Photos!
• This is the perfect event to bring a friend, have some fun, and explore your connection to your body and movement.

Important:

• Don't put on lotion for 12 hours before, lotion greases the poles and makes grip hard :,(
• Wear short shorts, bikini bottoms, thong, or biker shorts, and a tank top or bra, the more skin exposed the better for grip.
• Bring a water bottle and open mindset💕
• Sliding scale for event is $10 to $20. You can choose the 10, 15, or 20 option on eventbrite or pay in person if you want to avoid the extra tax on here!
• We can also work out a trade or volunteer opportunity. Message @6502849407. We don't want funds to be the what stops you from attending!

Schedule:

1. 4pm to 5pm is the pole foundation class. Come up to 10 minutes early.
2. We will start with a nice warmup and progress into intro pole spins and dance moves!
3. 5pm to 8pm will be the jam! You can come at this time to vibe.
4. You can still recieve pole dance guidance during the jam if you want!
5. Jam is the time to take videos and photos :)
6. 8pm pack up!!
