Not at all! Most people start with zero upper body strength or flexibility or coordination. Pole fitness builds these things over time, so all you need to bring is a can-do attitude. We’ll help you with the rest!

How is pole fitness different from traditional workouts?

It’s fitness with a twist! Pole combines strength, cardio, and flexibility, but it’s way more fun than hitting the treadmill. Plus, it’s all about self-expression, so it feels empowering instead of repetitive.

What if I can’t do some of the moves?

That’s totally okay! Fitness is about progress, not perfection. Our instructors provide modifications and celebrate every step of your journey, no matter how small.

How does the trial pass work?

Once you click the ticket button, you will be redirected to our Booking System GymMaster. From there  you need to create an account and purchase the pass. To book your 2 classes, check our timetable or book via the GymMaster app!
