Pole Dance Instructor Training Level 1

Ready to take your pole dancing skills to the next level? Join us at Impulse Studios Pole Dance & Exotic Fitness for our Level 1 Pole Dance Instructor Training event! This in-person training will cover everything you need to know to become a certified pole dance instructor or to deepend your personal practice. From perfecting your technique to learning how to create fun and engaging routines, this training will set you on the path to Pole Dance success. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to keep growing your skills and knowledge in this exciting dance and art form.

  • Training will consist of part lecture from your provided binder and materials and part movement on Day 1.
  • Training will include the option to attend Sun. 8/31 for a Day 2 spotting intensive from 10am-1pm. Those that cannot attend Day 2 will be provided with the notes and any videos from this portion.
  • Trainees are not gauranteed a position at Impulse Studios, who hosts the training, but are welcome to attend the next audition and are in better standing for completing the training. You do not have to audition or plan to audition to attend the training, many students attend to deepend their own knowledge and practice.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to have Pole Dance experience to join?

Yes, we highly recc. you have some basic pole dance skills before joining so you can have the best experience and chances at passing the end of course test. You do not however have to be advanced, this is a Level 1 training.

What materials are provided

Participants will take part in a lecture and movement portion. There will be a binder for the lecture with notes and color photos. Video taping of the spins and other pertinent material will be allowed during the movement portion.

Do you need to be advanced to join?

NO! If you are a pole dancer or have some basic experience, this is enough to join. You do not need to know advanced moves, material or skills as this is a Level 1 training. We welcome various body sizes, shapes, ages and backgrounds to join as Pole Dance is for every-body here <3
