Prospect researchers and other development professionals, join us for the first in our series of PoP Roundtables! Hosted by Foundation Center and facilitated by APRA of Greater New York, this is a series of targeted after-work roundtable discussions on topics related to prospecting and prospect development. Designed to promote robust understanding and knowledge-sharing, these interactive conversations will feature experts from within the nonprofit community to collaborate on a diverse array of subjects. We will share examples of successes and pain points and seek to learn some best practices from each other.
For our inaugural gathering on December 7th, a roundtable of prospect researchers will discuss and share research tricks of the trade to help make the "giving season" as major as possible. In a broad-ranging conversation, we will discuss how to spy out major gift prospects and review successful prospecting methods at our various institutions. Join some of Greater New York's top development analysts in a moderated discussion on how to end the calendar year with exceeded fundraising goals and start 2017 off with a pipeline of great prospects.
