By Jennifer Mills Kerr
Online event
Overview
Do you have a poem you're struggling with? Would you like expert feedback? Join us for guidance & insight in this supportive group.
Join a supportive writers' group for inspiration and creativity. Get professional feedback & grow your poems in a small workshop. All levels are welcome.
Class size is limited to four participants.
In this one-hour workshop, you'll have one of your poems critiqued. This group is focused and kind.
Here's the exciting part. We're building an anthology together, which will be published by Fathom Publishing. Join us to develop poem(s) to be considered in the book!
This poetry workshop is for you if you are:
~ready to dive deeper into poetry
~interested in supportive feedback
~eager to to create a regular writing practice
~desire to connect with other poets
~want your poems to have a greater impact
~ ready to be published and to learn more about publication
Once you register, you'll receive the Zoom link from my private email and an opportunity to connect with me, should you have any questions.
I'm offering this critique group as a stand-alone session, but it will be offered the second & fourth Sundays each month. As a regular participant, you’ll be able to:
~revise your poems with greater confidence
~provide meaningful critique to others’ poems
~identify a range of poetic approaches & styles
~write poems using different voices and forms
~get savvy about the publication process
~publish your poems
If you're new to me, join one of my poetry-inspired writing workshops to experience my style & approach... and to generate new work that you can bring to this workshop!
