Where can I purchase a book if I can't attend?

Pre-orders will be available on Amazon by mid-October. I'm also working on placement in local bookstores and other sellers.

Can I give my download code to a friend?

Yes, of course. Your ticket includes both the paperback AND a download of the e-book so that you can read in your preferred format. Feel free to pass on the download code if you want to read the paperback version.
