Before launching the Podcast To Inspire®, she enjoyed a successful and rewarding career spanning over seventeen years as a Radio Announcer, News and Traffic Reporter, and Promotions Director at major media brands such as Clear Channel Radio, Service Broadcasting, and Radio One.

Kimberly now mentors and coaches emerging podcasters with her signature "concept to launch" program. Since 2019, she has taught over 500 students, bringing a wealth of experience to the table and as the host of the Sistahs Connect® podcast, she understands the power of storytelling and its impact on listeners.
