What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

Tickets are transferrable but not refundable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Using Eventbrite, you can pay by credit card online. If you are booking a large group, you can request to be invoiced by emailing us at marketing@pmweb.com.

Can I stay off-site?

We encourage all attendees to stay on-site to get the full benefits of the conference and networking opportunities. There are other hotels nearby you are welcome to stay at, but the conference discounted room rates are only available at the Trump International Beach Resort and Hotel.

Which airport should I fly into?

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) – Approximately 20-minute drive to the hotel.

Miami International Airport (MIA) – Approximately 30-minute drive to the hotel.

We recommend using Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the airport and hotel.

Will there be an app available for the event?

In the week prior to the event, we will announce the conference event app and how to download. It will provide the full schedule, venue map, and attendee lists, and much more.

Are there any events for early arrivers?

Attendees who arrive early typically get together on the beach or around the pool the day before, but nothing formal is currently planned. If you plan on arriving early on Sunday and would like to be informed of any potential group activities, please emailing us at marketing@pmweb.com with your expected arrival time.
