A regular, online support group for those living with PMDD and or PME hosted by IAPMD (International Association for Premenstrual Disorders). Sometimes nothing beats talking face to face to others who understand - that’s why we have video support groups so you can easily connect with others in a safe, moderated environment.
This group is facilitated by Deepa and is a support group for parents living with PMDD/PME. This group is for those diagnosed with or experiencing PMDD/PME. This group is NOT for parents of children with PMDD/PME.
Spaces are limited so please only book a space if you are able to attend. Please cancel your spot if plans change and you can no longer make it.
