Plug Into the Village is a community-centered caregiver conference built for parents, educators, nannies, doulas, and anyone raising or supporting a family. This event brings the entire village into one room—people who teach, nurture, guide, and protect families every day. It’s a space to learn, connect, and leave better equipped to care for the next (and previous) generation.

The conference features curated sessions led by experienced caregivers, birth workers, mental health professionals, and early childhood specialists. Instead of dry, lecture-style workshops, attendees participate in hands-on “Nurture Sessions” that offer practical skills, real-life tools, and conversation-driven learning. The Coomunity Circle gives families and professionals the chance to hear multiple perspectives on the issues that matter most today—caregiver burnout, child development, safety, and building sustainable support systems.

The Village Market fills the space with local vendors, small businesses, and resource providers offering products and services that uplift families. From wellness goods to learning materials to family-centered programs, the market connects attendees to everyday support beyond the event. Food trucks round out the experience and create a community feel that encourages attendees to linger, talk, and genuinely plug into one another.
