About this event

Health • Other

Daniel Pink, author of the "Power of Regret" observed about himself, that he had more years behind him than he had ahead of him and that he realized he had regrets. Perhaps you do, too.

We live complex lives and for most of us that includes regret. What regrets are you hanging onto that might be preventing you from living a richer, more engaged life?

Join Karen Drummey, instructional design lead / workshop presenter, for an interactive session based on Daniel Pink’s book, “The Power of Regret: How Looking Backward Moves Us Forward,” to learn about the four categories of regret and how we can use them to bring greater meaning to our lives.

This in-person workshop at Robbins Library Community Room (Arlington, Mass.) provides a comfortable environment for some self-reflection and an opportunity to create an initial action plan to take command of some past regrets or avoid them in the future.
