We are hosting our monthly agent happy hour and mastermind on Tuesday, Jan 18th, and we would love for you to come. We've committed to regularly hosting these events as a way to create environments that help us to learn from amazing agents like you (and hopefully we can pass along an idea or two as well).

Because the market is so hot right now we are focussing on getting buyers off the fence and into escrow. Topics like these:

✅ Having a come to Jesus meeting with your buyers and helping them see how much they are loosing by waiting

✅ Setting up a weekly check in to keep buyers motivated and what to say on that check in

✅ Getting your buyers financed with cash so you can actually write cash offers

✅ Properly setting expectations so that buyers aren't surprised by the lack of good inventory

The event will be held at the members only University Club atop Symphony Towers which is a stunning venue that fosters the highest level of collaboration.

We will spend the first 90 mins or so focussing on specific business growth strategies. The remainder of our time will be networking and enjoying the amazing food, drinks, and views that the University Club has to offer.
